Complete architectural services, including schematic design, design development, permitting (jurisdiction: Skagit County), construction documents, construction administration. This project features wide overhangs, exposed wood structure, and energy efficient, custom dual-glazed windows using salvaged exterior panes.
Estate remodel in Hana, Maui
Design, construction, and project management for an extensive renovation transforming a dated and worn 1970’s kit house into a welcoming and inspiring artist’s vacation home. Work included a complete new floor plan, a new wrap-around lanai (deck) with new grand entry stairs, new louvered dormer vents, and all new interior and exterior finshes. All exterior walls were replaced with louvered French doors, salvaged from the local hotel’s renovation and painstakingly restored and modified by the site crew.
